What are the purple patches on some of the leaves

Itβs known as root rot! Itβs because you donβt have proper drainage and have been watering it too much. You need to pull off those discolored leaves and un pot it to check the stem and see if itβs still is firm. If itβs squishy too, youβve lost the plant. The little babies could be salvaged if you break them off and put them in separate pots. You need to use terra-cotta pots and succulent soil in this plant needs at least 3 to 6 hours of sun let me know if you need any more help. οΏΌ
