Why is my Persian Cyclamen droopy

Good morning everyone! My baby was doing really great for a long time, then a couple days ago all the flowers fell over, but this time water won't bring them back up, ideas?
Last watered 3 months ago
@honeybeegarden how long has it been since you watered? Is your soil wet or dry? What kind of light is it in and how far away from a window or grow light is it? I don’t see much info on your card so I will need some more information from you to help diagnose.
@DreamMachine, sorry for the slow response. It sits on my kitchen counter, about 5 feet away from big windows. It gets about 6 hours of direct sun and a few more indirect light hours. I water it every other day or so depending. I try to let it get fairly dry before watering. When the flowers fell it was definitely dry soil and had been that way for maybe a day at the most. Since this post, I moved it to a location with less direct sun and it seems to be recovering, is too much sun/ sun burn a thing for these plants?
@honeybeegarden Cyclamen are native to areas around the Mediterranean with hot dry summers and cool wet winters. They will go dormant in the summer. It blooms in fall and winter and prefers temps to be 65Β° and under. It was probably thinking it was time to go dormant, but was confused with all the water. Do you really water every other day? That seems a little excessive, unless your soil is really drying out that fast?
