Unfortunately in my experience leaves that are damaged like that don’t recoup/turn back. You could leave it or pull it off to give the plant energy toward new growth since it looks otherwise healthy! What beautiful leaves!!

I had the same problem with mine…hes about the same size as yours too. I pulled it off and moved him further away from light and he seems to be happier. 🤷🏻‍♀️
