Can I save this droopy plant
I may have over watered and it may have root damage. soil is still moist & it’s new 3 weeks since last watered. Is it time to let her go?

id take it out of its pot and inspect it, brown mushy roots is rot. if there’s anything saveable give it a root trim and repot it into a super chunky, well draining mix like a monstera mix or making ur own with orchid bark & potting mix. give it a gentle water after repotting and then leave it to dry and only ever water when you feel the first few cm of top soil is dry. hope she comes through !! :)
@Karrina17 yes, try everything Isabelle suggested, and if you have cocoa husk chips add those to the soil as well. Helps is to not dry out too fast. Also if possible I might mow it outdoors to a covered porch. It may thrive outdoors in natural light. You may have to cut of some leaves if the get dry and brown but that s ok if you still have a couple lanes that are healthy.
