Mine did the same thing! It lost all its leaves and only the stock is left. It's been 2 months now and I keep watering the stock but no leaves have grown back.
This happened to me! The best thing to do is to chop it… then place it in water and it can grow new roots. It saved mine :)
For me I ended up just giving it more water and it's actually done better but keep in mind it's not safe to touch sap because it can cause irritation to the skin. So make sure to be cautious when handling edit: This won't work for everyone. The only reason I recommended it in this case is because it seems to be getting a lot of sun and it might be having heat stress if it's not getting water more frequently than every 10 days or so You also likely need a pot that has better drainage and as far as indirect light goes, make sure it's still close enough to get appropriate amounts of light so that when you are watering more consistently, it doesn't end up leaving the soil too wet
This is one of the few plants I’ve thrown in the trash. I have 300, all different types and are thriving. This one is a no go
