I have mine in direct sunlight and it started some new leaves. Also maybe plant food will help. Have you ever changed the soil?
Fiddle-leaf figs can grow quickly. It's not unusual to see themΒ shoot up a foot or two in a year. If you leave your plant in a corner and don't rotate it, that growth can quickly become uneven as it tries to reach for the sunlight.
Some of the most common causes for your Fiddle Leaf Fig to not grow areΒ irregular watering, poor drainage, improper lighting, lack of humidity, and pest infestations. These factors must be optimally controlled to ensure healthy growth in the plant.
Your plant card doesn’t show what direction your window faces but I’d place your flf by a west or south window.
If it’s in the same soil as when you bought it then it’s probably somewhat depleted in nutrients so I’d fertilize it.
Usually it’s a lighting issue if you’re not getting any growth.
I agree with @AMG, mine has grown like a weed since I got it. I don’t water it too often and I rotate it constantly. I’m thinking it’s time to get rid of some of the older stumps and repot.
