Hey Teresa 👋😁 are you using fertiliser at all? Im not sure if the heat makes a difference, but in the UK I'd fertlise a clematis in early spring to get her popping blooms 🥰 I seem to remember they can be finicky... They like their roots to be cool but need decent light on to to really do well (I've never tried growing in the kinda heat you get over there though!! Lol 🤣) 🌞😎🌞 xx
