Usually it's caused by overwatering. Is it possible the soil is holding water too long? And then she's absorbing too much. Causing damage to her new growth. The new growth is more fragile than the older growth and will show symptoms first.
Normally succulents should be watered every couple of weeks but in a glass terrarium it will take longer for the soil to dry.
You can add perlite in there to help counteract the container environment. Even open terrarium hold more moisture than a pot. ๐ฉท
I would add more aeration and wait longer between waterings.
