need some help with my plant!

i’ve isolated it for the time being, but my plant is continuing to cause some problems. when i first got her, she already had the brown and wilted sections, but it’s gotten worse and i’m not too sure how to fix it. the soil is completely dry and it’s been watered once inbetween getting it (late january) and now. i’m not too sure what to do with it since she keeps shriveling more with each day.

another problem is more recent though and i want to take care of it before watering incase that allows it to spread. i’ve noticed little white powdery spots on my chalk sticks and a white blotch on my ox tongue. is there anything i can do about this, or is this natural? thank you in advance!!!

My chalk sticks have it as well, but from what I understand it is a protective coating so totally safe and natural 😊
@Hilly99 thank you very much!!
It’s natural! Yup she’s fine
