The most common reason why this happens is that your plant isn't getting enough sunlight, so you should place it in a location where it can get at least 6 hours of sunlight every day.
But I see it’s in direct sunlight. I also see your pot doesn’t have drainage. Your pot could be hold excess moisture. If it were my plant, beautiful plant by the way, I would repot one with drainage that way the excess water has a place to run out. I also suggest getting a saucer to place it under as well. I have plant saucers everywhere thought my house. Sometimes I accidentally put too much water in my watering can even though I measured it, but sometimes I forget because I have some plants that take more than 5 cups of so sometimes I lose count on my cups. So the excess water runs into the saucers.

@KikiGoldblatt thank you so much but my pot have a drain hole and I only water my plant 1time a week.
