Hello, this ox tongue should be green
I've been searching but I can't find help anywhere on how to recover it or even find out what's wrong, she's getting direct sunlight for the afternoon and it's not that hot here and I've been watering it normally so I don't understand the color change or what does it mean :/

That's sunstress which some plants can tolerate but I'm not sure that this type of plant can. Direct afternoon sun during the warmer months can burn a lot of types of succulents and even cacti. It might be best to move it to a spot with indirect light. If moving it isn't an option, a sheer curtain across the window will help your plant from burning as the weather gets warmer.
