Do Ferns like grow light? I know they don’t like direct sunlight. Neither does the other little squatty plant in the pot.

Grow lights aren't as strong as the sun, so I've found that even my low light plants do better under a grow light or bulb. Just make sure they are cool running LEDs and keep them a few feet away. They will be fine and like the extra brightness. Get full spectrum, too.
