Hi, have you checked for pests underneath the leaves? If there are none then try watering a bit less often. Yellow leaves are oftentimes the biggest sign of overwatering. If the plant is planted in the ground the soil may not be the ideal type. Try taking it out and adding better soil around it. Good luck!
