They can be a bit fussy about water! I’m still learning, but I’ve found the main things are 1. Light, 2. Humidity 3. A good chunky soil 4. Watering when the soil is drying out, but not completely dry.

Please look up alocasia care online. Unfortunately, the app tells you to water entirely too often until it learns your watering schedule.
