These guys thrive on neglect, in a way. It’s good you potted it in succulent mix, they love their soil to be well draining. And definitely with these guys, they have evolved to go through long periods of drought so undewatering is way better. And they need lots and lots of light, like right up against a south facing window. Here in the PNW I keep it outside in the summer (so 2 months lol) and it does so well then. They’re basically a giant succulent.
When you repotted how did the roots and stalk look? Was any part of it soft or mushy? If not, these guys grow pretty slowly but it should perk up with lots of light and time and only watering when the soil is dry. 😊
