Your plant card says it's in a pot without drainage, so that's the first thing I'd suspect is causing issues. All plants need proper drainage, but palms are especially sensitive to improper drainage. Drainage holes not only help the soil dry out faster (roots that sit in wet too long can cause them to rot) and also allows excess fertilizer and mineral buildup to be flushed out.

What does the soil feel like right before you water? Are you checking the soil with either a moisture meter or just your finger before watering to make sure it's sufficiently dried out?
It actually is in the orginal plastic pot I bought it in and just placed in a larger pot. So it does drain. I just did a closer inspection and I think it has spider mites. Both my ferns do. 😳 So I clipped off brown leaves. Wiped down all leaves best I could and separated with an organic insecticide. 🀞🏼 Put them in another room away from my other plants but now worried a couple other plants have spider mites too. Cleaned and sprayed them too but can’t quarantine them too. Not enough sunlight in that room.
