It’s likely a water quality issue and or a humidity issue. Poor water can cause some burning on the edges and tips of leaves. Low humidity can cause the curling of the leaves but it can also cause crunchy tips. Hope that helps a little.

She needs more humidity. I'd get her a dome or terrarium.
