Do I keep watering or no? How can I save him?

For him, you water when the soil completely dries out. I'd use a hygrometer to test the soil to determine whether it needs watering. As for the brown row of leaves at the bottom, it could be natural. I think this is the plant that "sheds" its bottom row of leaves; I'd Google it. Brown leaves can also be signs of a watering issue (brown/crunchy- underwatering, brown/mushy - overwatering) which is why using a hygrometer is recommended. As for saving him, they are fairly hardy, so watching your watering and light it should be happy.
