Any tips on how to make this plant happier?

I’ve had this plant for a few years now and I can admit I was neglecting it for a while. The leaves have been looking wrinkled since last year and I’ve had to remove two of the leaves recently. I have it in a north west facing window sill that gets sun in the afternoon and I try to water it every two weeks/when the soil is dry. Anything else I can do to help this lil guy out? I would love to see this plant become happier. #Sansevieria #StarfishSnakePlant #HappyPlants

Hey, Charlene! I'm glad you found Greg. Wrinkled leaves usually mean the plant isn't getting enough water.

if it's been a few years since you've repotted the plant, I would consider adding some fresh soil to replace the nutrients. (:οΏΌ
@sarah10orio I actually repotted the plant a few months ago! It’s currently in a mix of succulent soil with added perlite and I put some rocks on top. I’ll definitely start checking it more often for watering though thank you :-) do you think the lighting is alright for this plant?
Sounds good! I have mine in a west facing window that is nearly completely shaded. These guys are low-light plants. They can handle medium light too. (:
@sarah10orio this is very helpful, thank you so much Sarah πŸ€—
