There is another app you can get called "picturethis" and you can close out of the free trial offer every time you use it, so that it continues to be free. I find that app does a better job of identifying the plants but I prefer Greg for all of the information you get once it's been properly identified!
I’ve had a lot of problems with the PictureThis app making wrong IDs as well. My best luck has been Google lens, but always verify by looking up other examples of the plant it suggests.
