Dying lithops

Hi, this is my brothers lithops and very obviously it's dying. I can't see him doing this to a plant so I decided to save it but I don't know how or what caused it. Please help!

Wrinkling is usually a sign of being thirsty, but can also happen for lithops when overwatered (wrinkly + squishy). How often do you water / when did you last water?

I just watered it but uhhh I don't know how much did my brother water it and I think he doesn't know either

@PlantKingdom my guess is overwatering then. Lithops go dormant during the winter and need to be kept dry.
