I would wait on propagating the babies for a while until they get a little bigger. Also, they’re easier to propagate if the “pups” have developed some roots of their own. Some people wait to repot new plants. Personally, I’ve had root rot issues and prefer to repot sooner than later to get succulents out of plastic pots. It’s a beauty! Good luck!
