Suckers on Magnolia?

Is it okay that my #Magnolia is doing this? I have lots more and they aren’t does this. On some other trees it’s typically called a sucker, which is generally bad for the plants health.

OoOoh! Also…if I cut these sprouts off, can I propagate em??

This is what trees [or tree-like shrubs] always try to do. They abandon a cut point, wait for another 2-3 years and then they see the cut point and go "Hey, I can grow a shoot here!" and then they do. You can try to snip snip βœ‚οΈ and prop 🌿 though!
