@Kalm @MamaLinne Deb is right, that pot is too big for that TC. It also does not look acclimated Im afraid, it looks like it’s unhappy with the current state of humidity. I would put a dome back over it. This mix looks too chunky for what you’re trying to accomplish. 50% coir/peat and 50% perlite is a good mix for acclimating tc’s, starting seeds, or for any plants with really small roots. I’ll show you mine.

Do you have a heating mat? Light is important for growth, but for babies like this heat is very important. Don’t cook it, but do you have a warm stable environment for them? Right now I would worry less about their roots, and more about making sure they have a comfy environment.
You could get some rooting hormone! Trust me it works like crazy and encourages new growth! I bought some for only 7 dollars
It’s possible your pot is too big and it just can’t absorb the water and nutrients?
Try adding more soil or get better soil with more fertilizer if not buy plant food and don’t forget to water on the roots
