@VocalTurkeytail this is what the leaves on my Arabica Coffee Plant look like and I have been battling mealy bugs for a long time. Do you see any small cotton looking flecks on or under the leaves or bunched at the base of the branches?
There are many reasons for this happening. Overwatering root rot fungal infection and even the water you use to water @VocalTurkeytail. Do you use distilled water? This plant is sensitive to the chlorine and chloramines in tap water. I would definately check your root system make sure they are good. Remove any mushy ones. Using fresh soil repot. Can use same pot after cleaning and treating for fungal issues. Then treat your plant with neem oil or other antifungal. This will help cover all possible problems. Spots and yellowing could indicate underwatering. Best of luck and welcome to greg
