Hi Alivia! Mammillaria densispina stays pretty small usually about 10-15cm (4-6 inches) tall and wide. It grows slowly and might form little clumps over time, but won’t get huge.
If you’re looking for a cactus that grows bigger, you could try a Golden Barrel (Echinocactus grusonii) or a Saguaro (Carnegiea gigantea) but heads up, saguaros take decades to get really tall!
