Hello @MiracleBeans94. I would suggest a complete overhaul of what ya got going on. If it was mine, I'd put it in about a 3-4 inch terracotta pot with a drainage hole in a chunky/gritty succulent mix with added perlite or the like for extra drainage and aeration. Put it in the sunniest window you have, only water when the soil is completely dry and just give the little cutie time, it'll bounce back. 👍🤙
