#MeyerLemonTree

My Meyer lemon tree looks like this now. Very naked and I have this 1 baby lemon, the others have fallen off after turning very pale. Help please! No bugs to be seen, no root rot, letting moisture dwindle to dry on my meter, has grow light plus some indirect. My leaves that are left are turning brown around the edges. My grow lights are 2ft from him. What can I do?
12” pot with drainage

I’m very tempted to put it outside because nothing else is helping.. what do I have to lose?
From my experience with Meyer lemon trees, they lose leaves sometimes, but as long as it’s not a ton it’s pretty much fine. But I’d recommend messing with settings on your grow lights and seeing what helps.
@TutorPetuniamix thanks, I’ll try that also.. I had them on the brightest so I’ll lower the intensity a notch or two. It is losing at a fast rate of 2 leaves per day. Majority of the leaves were green, glossy and firm. All different sizes. It wasn’t until I sprayed it with neem oil for spider mites that this began to happen.
By the look at the background leave, it looks over watered to me. No way a leaf that far down to the soil would get too much sun. Stop watering and let it be. Maybe move a little closer to the light
