Help!

I don’t know what’s wrong. I soak this guy weekly, but he still seems quite sick. All of my other air plants are doing fine… what’s up with Charlie here?

I don’t really know how to help you with this as I’ve never had air plants before, but I just wanted to pop in and say that I also have a plant named Charlie. He’s a teardrop peperomia!! Hope your Charlie starts perking up soon 🥲❤️
