What’s with this yellowing on the tips and sometimes enti...

Hello! I’ve grown this lil guy Moe from seed, and he first sprouted in February of 2024. He’s in an outside pot, just repotted yesterday (yellowing was there before then), temperatures are averaging mid 80s, and they get over 6 hours of sun a day. He hadn’t been repotted at all this year until yesterday (I kept meaning to do it, but never did).
I thought after some research it could be a sunburn, but I’m not sure!
