I believe this is cochineal scale! You can confirm this by scraping off a tiny bit of the white fluff and squishing it against a paper towel. If it instantly stains a reddish color it is definitely cochineal.

@ChicAster78 @Luckeecharm1 it looks like a spider egg sac to me 🤷‍♀️ It looks like you can see the dead old spider in the second deflated one. I think that big one has a lot of baby spiders in it 🤔
