What's up with this Hen and Chicks I found?

I'm working on a collection of Hens and Chicks and saw this one at my friends place. She was gifted it, didn't know what they were, and told me to take it home. I have no idea if the coloring is natural on it or if this is a sign of stress because I don't know if its a common houseleek or an odd variety. I just want to know if theres anything I should be doing to help it out before potting it and sending it outside. (Bonus pictures of some of my other guys)

It’s beautiful! I think the color is probably natural. If it was sitting indoors, it could’ve gotten a little pale overtime because that’s what they do when they’re not in full sun or when they’re getting overwatered. But it’s probably fine. It looks totally healthy to me.! I got some hens and chicks by mail this week and they were a little limp from the hot weather and being stuck in a box for several days. I just soaked them in water for a little bit and then planted the bare root ones in a rocky soil mix and I set them all outside in my gazebo where they will get filtered sunlight for a couple days before I set them straight out in the full sun. ☀️ also we are supposed to get a bunch of rain on Saturday so I’m probably going to leave them under the patio until the rain passes just so they don’t get completely drenched. Once I plant them in the dirt, it probably wouldn’t matter at all how much rain we get but when they’re in pots, I get nervous that the pot will stay wet too long.
And sorry for such a long answer!🤪 I just really love hens and chicks lol 💗
Theyre my new favorite too!!! The biggest colony of the common ones belong to my mom, shes had them growing for like 30 years and they moved states with her. I repotted them for her this year, decided they were really cool, and bought us some more varieties!
@diannamae260 just the other day I was at someone’s house and saw that they had a bunch of different varieties each one planted in a old shoe or boot and they were just busting out of the shoes! It was wild. I should’ve got a picture.
