It looks pretty good you shouldn’t have to worry too much! Cordylines naturally drop their lower, older leaves as they grow upwards to form their canes. Because they got abit fried in the sun the plant is probably just speeding up its process by shedding those stressed leaves so it can focus all its energy on the new top growth. Since the top looks healthy and it’s now in a shaded area with drainage, you’re on the right track! Just peel the completely dead bottom ones off as they dry out 🌱
