Overwatering, under watering, low humidity, or bad light. Have you made any changes to its potting, lighting, watering, or anything else lately? This could also be from the stress that that would cause. You keep us updated so I can help. This is most likely to be overwatering. You will be able to tell with your watering schedule. It's from easy plant. It's in a self watering pot. Right now it's in an area with bright diffused light. Will most likely have to move in the inter, since the trees will be bare and will have direct sunlight. There is new growth on it.
