Is my cacti infested with a pest?
#Mammillaria I have these white fuzzies on my cacti and I have no idea if they’re pest infestation or something natural…

That looks like mealy bugs, unfortunately, esp if they’re sticky. Take a qtip, dip in rubbing alcohol, and wipe those white things away. Quarantine from other plants for a few weeks and keep up the treatment as needed. In your second picture, it’s hard to tell, but that might be part of the plant. Try the alcohol wipe on a couple of them and see.
