Doesn’t look like E. mayurnathanii to me. More like a stapeliad (Huernia/Orbea) based on the stem shape and clumping growth habit. A flower would confirm it.

Thanks! My poor plant. I hadn’t added it to Greg and k had not watered for months (!!!). I have tons of plants. But now she’s on here and gave her water. And she’s grown a lot in just a few days!

Btw- looking at your gorgeous plants- you have another one like mine. Hubby got for me and was in a coffee cup. It is 1 year old and is now in a 20 in pot! 😳 Dragon fruit cactus.
