You're Eve’s Needle look so good 😍 The app has a water reminder feature; however, every cactus has their own personality and needs that might be a different watering schedule.
In this situation, I suggest using the chopstick /unused popsicle stick method.
If you're unsure, stick a wooden piece of chopstick (normally a regular size, but it might be too big and upset the soil), and put it all the way to the bottom of the pot. If it comes back totally dry, no soil, then it’s ok to water. Just make sure the soil is completely dry before watering.
