Looks like a Kalanchoe Millotii, like mine 🌿✨

Honestly, I have mine in sphagnum moss (first time trying it) and in a Can. Somehow it’s thriving and I water it every 7-8 days. I give it plenty of sunlight too ☀️ 6-7 hours.

My kalanchoes do great on me just me leaving them in the sun and letting them be. They will flower too so look them up, it's so pretty!
