What's wrong with my Peanut Cactus?
I'm not sure why the cactus is dying. I suspect it is because I over-watered it. Any opinions? I'm not good with cacti.

Looks overwatered and rotted to me too. I'd cut the remaining green and propagate in soil, preferably a terracotta pot with drainage as well.
