Did you just recently buy it?
Can you post a couple pictures?
@DapperPlanty a current pic or several pics would be helpful.
@DapperPlanty this could be a possibility, Ming aralia leaves could turn yellow if they receive too much water. These plants do not like standing water or excess moisture as it provides a favorable place for bacterial and fungal growth. Since the roots are soaked with the excess moisture in the soil, they won't be able to absorb oxygen and nutrients. Since your pot doesnโ€™t have drainage that could be what is happening.
I watered yesterdayโ€ฆSundayโ€ฆ.and I sprayed the leaves because it came to me soakedโ€ฆI also have it relocated 2-3 feet from indirect lightโ€ฆ.
@KikisOasis it came to me soaked!
@DapperPlanty that could be the reason for the yellowing and dropping of the leaves.
@RJG yesโ€ฆ.it came very soaking wet!
I went out and planted it with a pot with drainage and did not water it at this timeโ€ฆrelicate it in another area with some light โ€ฆno direct light. I usually have no problem.. I had one in my office before I retiredโ€ฆdid beautiful. The one I purchased a year ago died so I thought I would try again. I grow planeria treesโ€ฆArizona rosesโ€ฆetc โ€ฆI love plants

It may just be shipping shock. I'm sure what you did will have it perking up soon!
If its kept indoors it may not need as much water. So do make sure the soil is dry (not jus the top) before your next watering.
Every seven daysโ€ฆ.last water on Thursday
My Ming was the same way so I planted him in a new pot with new soil, moved him out of direct sunlight but still in a warm bright spot and I keep a mister on hand right next to him. I also talk to him every day and tell him how great heโ€™s doing while I also go through his leaves and take out any dry, dead ones. Heโ€™s now a very happy camper!
