Help! :)

I have this plant but I'm lot quite sure what she is? She's about 2 to 3 feel tall (0,8m ish), but I don't think she's that old.
The leaves are looking a little droopy and sad, but there's new growth! I sadly can't have her in direct sunlight. She's about 9 ish feet (3m ish) away from a northwest facing window, is that okay?
12ft to light, direct
8” pot with drainage

I think Greg’s ID is pretty close. A Calathea of some sort for sure. They are notoriously difficult, sometimes just for the sake of being difficult.
They like distilled water, tap water isn’t good enough for them (not joking) and a decent amount of humidity, plus “bright indirect light.” So you should be able to read a book where it is when the sun is up.
Good luck, it looks great now!
Oh thank you so much! I'll make sure to feed it with high grade distilled water while I read a book to my diva plant!
@PopularEmerald I have several calathea and I give them water from the hose or rain water (when I'm not being a little lazy lucy). I think it really depends on your water. Some people just fill a jug with their tap water and let it sit out a couple hours/all night and some people boil theirs and then let it sit and cool and some people, like me, just wing and see where it takes us. Lol the do looooovveeee their humidity. During the summer I keep mine outdoors and they love it (even in winter we keep a humidity level around 85% *gross*). If you notice the leaves getting dry spots put it in your bathroom either while you take a nice hot shower or just run the hot water and let it enjoy its desired sauna session a couples times a week. Or you could always find something "dome* like that's clear and put over it to capture and hold the humidity in. I have the white plastic stackable shelves (you can pop the legs in and out to have desired number of shelves) and I put my calatheas on the second shelf and use] plastic wrap around the outside to basically make it like a weird closed off biodome/terrarium type thingy for them. I know this probably sounds excessive or crazy but it's a lot simpler to do than it is to say🤣🤣🤣 they are brats notorious for throwing tantrums bc you moved them 3cm to the right and looked at them the wrong way... whilst breathing their air ... luckily they show out and then suck it up for the most part. Some are more....

...extra....
I have a rose calthea that gave me the WORST trouble at first. Left her alone to acclimate when I first got her but still went into transplant shock. Lost a ton of leaves, but, now that she gets a few mists during the day and has her own grow light things are looking up! They really are fussy plants haha
