You can either try Keiki paste (which is likely to just make it bloom instead of producing a Keiki), or you can attempt to use a flower spike with live moss but it may take a few attempts for you to succeed:

Another possibility is fertilizing your orchid and producing seeds, but orchid seeds have no nutrient storage and need specific symbiotic fungi to feed them to survive, so it is practically guaranteed to fail (and even if you get one success it would take years to flower and it may look different because it would not be a clone of the plant).
