This should follow general monstera recommendations of lots of light (just not burning direct sun), let the soil dry out between watering, better to let it get snug in its pot than have too much room, etc.
Monstera are easy to rot so it will often thrive more on neglect than care; they are really good at looking sad / starting to droop a little when they get thirsty because their turgor (water) pressure starts to drop, so suppress urges to mother the plant and instead admire it on the regular and you’ll start to notice it telling you when it does or doesn’t need something
