The second photo looks like thrips. They’re agressive, so I’d start with putting the plant in the shower and spraying off the leaves as best you can. If you don’t already have some, get Capt Jacks deadbug and follow the application instructions. I would also use systemic granules in the soil to destroy any eggs that they’ve laid. It will take some time and reapplication to get rid of them. You’ll also want to quarantine the plant and check any nearby for them. Check thoroughly. Any affected plants should be quarantined.
