That's a really cool looking plant! It almost looks like a type of cedar tree, but then again it looks exactly like the other east African yellowwood on Greg -
I was going to offer my take on the repotting. It's a big plant. It could probably benefit having its soil refreshed. Worm castings are also a good, natural fertilizer. I hope you find out what kind of plant it is because I wonder if it needs special additives for acidity or pH.
I bet you could get away with straightening it up with a stake or a piece of wood in the pot if needed.
