Hi friends! I just got this new baby from an online plant...

10ft to light, indirect
2โ€ pot without drainage
Last watered 9 months ago
@morganrae Hi Morgan, looks like possible thrips damage to me, perhaps Pepper Thrips by the looks of it, if that is a pest in your area (see photo)
They can be hard to spot. I would recommend dabbing with alcohol where you can and then spraying all over with neem oil spray. This should see an improvement. Of course, best to isolate the plant to avoid any potential spread.
All the best, hope this helps answer your question. ๐Ÿ‘ ๐Ÿ˜€
P.S. I like the look of your Albo, a plant I am learning about !
Thank you so much! Iโ€™ll definitely step the alcohol and neem oil today ๐Ÿค—
@morganrae Hopefully that will kill off the pest. Pity, because it would be a nice looking plant if it wasn't damaged. Glad to have been of some assistance. It may not matter what type of thrip so don't worry about that part of my answer ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜Š
