I'm not quite sure how to get rid of it but I suppose @SillyPlantGirl or @stephongreg might know how to help.
@Succulent_Soul thanks for the tag! @SpotlessMiro this looks like either a severe mealybug infestation, a major powdery mildew outbreak, or possibly both. Could you share more photos, such as the undersides of leaves and maybe some closer/clearer shots of the white areas in particular?
