It’s guttation. The plant is trying to balance the amount of water in the leaf with the environment.

Is it overwatering, sometimes yes, sometimes no. Sometimes it’s on the underwatering side, the plant got a bit too dry, so it drinks too much when you water it, so it’s trying it get rid of the excess. It’s not like an unhealthy thing to worry about, but could looked at as a sign it wants a little bit more consistent watering if that makes sense.

Typically, when a plant is producing water droplets around the edges of the leaf (or leaves) it typically indicates over watering. Hope that helps!
@PrettyCentella But I never overwater this plant at all , i just chang the pot , snd i watered once 15 days ago , now its soil is almost dry
@EmployablePilea How long has the plant been producing these water droplets?
@PrettyCentella I think 6 days ago , its just happening with new leaves
@EmployablePilea I have this same issue. I was wondering too
