I believe this is a Peperomia Ferreyrae and yes, the long shoots are flowers. Congratulations, beautiful and happy plant! 🪴

Thank you. Yes I like him very much. I'm a big peperomia fan! It was labeled Peperomia dolabriformis- prayer pepper. Another $2.95 bargain busting out of its 2" pot.🥰
