Is this unfurling leaf stuck?

Hi it’s my first time caring for Melanochrysum and I’m wondering if there’s something wrong with this new unfurling leaf. Any experience or thoughts?

@Gordo hmm that’s interesting because the humidity in my area is around 90% these days and it’s not near any air-con units 🤔
